the rooms were brand-new with modern furniture, the staff were absolutely courteous.

Breakfast, it was cold, could be better.

It was wonderful and clean hotel with an in-house restaurant. The service was courteous, the food was fab. I had access to free parking, great pool. I came here for 1 night and had a really really nice stay.

We had a bit of a rough start with room 314, it was super noisy, like you couldn't catch a break. Room 326 was way better-cozy, quiet, and just overall nice. It was smaller but comfy enough for us. Just what we needed after a long day!

The proximity to the airport was great, the beds are very comfy, and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was not included in the price, the airport shuttle stops running at 11pm, and the air conditioner in the room is very loud.

The Fairfield Inn provided a comfortable room equipped with a spacious work desk and high-speed internet, essential for my business needs. The staff was attentive and promptly addressed any requests I had. The complimentary breakfast featured a range of options, including fresh fruit and hot coffee,.

No notable negative aspects .

We had booked ahead of time and were placed in a room for disabled folks. Management assured us we were not taking a room a disabled person might need. But it seemed silly to put us in there.

We had the most very good few days there. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff was attentive, it had ideal location convenient to airport --10 "to 15" away depending on traffic. The excellent service and shuttle to-and-from the mall far exceeded our expectations. Also, high speed internet access was provided throughout the property. Location: the venue was just off Downtown Albany, and the restaurants. It was around 10-15 minutes walk from Scubber's, serving fast food.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be better.

I enjoyed the clean and spacious room. The indoor pool was well-maintained and a hit with the kids. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of tasty options like apple-filled pancakes and cheese omelets, which I appreciated. The location near the airport was convenient for getting around. I faced significant issues with the front desk staff who were unfriendly and unhelpful. My request for allergy-free pillows due to feather allergies went unaddressed, and it took way too long to get sheets for the pull-out bed for my children. The coffee was consistently cold, which didn't help either. It reminded me of a mixed bag overall, and while I had some great moments, the service was nice.

shower was not 100% clean, found some hairs in shower and that is always bad.

The staff were very nice, there were plenty of outside dining options nearby, the linens and towels were very crisp and clean. The decor was warm and inviting in the room.

The heat/air vent was very noisy, and even as a heavy sleeper I had to turn it off. The bathroom was a little dingy, and the pool area is very small and needs updating.

Couple getaway made easier

The staff were happy and attentive checking on us during breakfast making sure everything was stocked like it mattered to them almost like they cared you know and the bed was comfy just perfect after a long drive

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the experience it was acceptable

The location was quiet there, to Albany attractions. The staff were really helpful during my stay.

The hotel's inviting lobby and spacious pathways made it effortlessly accessible for me. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay, a rare delight in hotels nowadays.

I was quite impressed with the hotel's decor and the ease of movement throughout the hotel. The lobby was inviting, and the pathways were wide enough to accommodate my mobility needs comfortably. It felt very accessible for seniors.
